Green Garden Shake
Super Shakes are just that. Super - SUPER! High protein, low fat, nutrient dense and great for you. This is Green Goddess version is rich in phytonutrients and protein!
▢ Handful of spinach
▢ 1/2 Frozen banana
▢ 1/2 Avocado
▢ 2 packed scoops of Vanilla Ka’Chava
▢ Few ice cubes
Not all foods are created equal.

Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the blender and blend.
- Transfer the mixture into glass, Yeti or cup of your choice. I like to use a Yeti to keep it cold.
