Air Fryer Nachos
My crispy air fryer nachos recipe takes just 4 minutes to make and are every bit as crispy, cheesy, and satisfying as you'd expect.
Ingredients:
▢ 2 cups corn chips or tortilla chips*
▢ 1/2 cup black beans canned
▢ 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
▢ 1 cup grape tomatoes chopped
▢ 1 small jalapeno sliced
*For the Chips:
This is the healthier, yet super tasty version. If possible use these chips as a chip option. I use either
Siete Chips or
Boulder Canyon Blue
Not all foods are created equal.

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to
200C/400F.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place a layer of corn chips on top. Top with black beans, shredded cheese, grape tomatoes, then the jalapeños.
- Air fry for 4 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
*ADD-INS:
- Add meat. Try pre-cooked and shredded chicken, ground beef, leftover taco meat, chorizo, ground turkey.
- Pile on the toppings. Sour cream, salsa, guacamole, diced red onions, and black olives all make perfect toppings.
- Garnish. Top the nachos with fresh cilantro for a pop of color and flavor.
