Mango Salsa
Cut things up and serve. Yep! It's that easy. Did I mention delicious, too? This salsa is great as a healthy chip salsa... scoop and enjoy - or as a topping on
shrimp or fish tacos!
Ingredients:
▢ Fresh Mangoes: Peeled + cubed.
▢ Onion: Peeled + finely diced.
▢ Jalapeño: Seeded and diced
▢ Fresh Cilantro: Finely-chopped
▢ Fresh Lime

Instructions
- Prep all of your ingredients: The size of your dice is totally up to you. So feel free to make your salsa as chunky or finely-chopped as you prefer.
- Combine ingredients: Toss everything together in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.
- Taste and season: Feel free to add in some salt and pepper here, or also add in extra lime juice or cilantro if desired.
- Enjoy! Or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
